Returns
You may return unopened and unused tea products within 5 business days of receiving your order for a full refund. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
If you would like to exchange a tea product for a different variety, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the original purchase and you can place a new order for the desired tea.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.

- Contact our customer support team at support@alittlesteeper.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship package to address provided in the RA email,
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
